Job summary

World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to perform hands-on maintenance at our corporate headquarters in Stamford, CT. The role requires on-site presence with 24x7 on-call availability and occasional after-hours and weekend work.

You will support HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, manage office moves, and coordinate with vendors. The position emphasizes safety, responsiveness, and top-tier service to executives and staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of corporate or commercial facilities maintenance experience (broadcast/media environment a plus).
• High school diploma or GED; trade-school training or relevant certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on corporate headquarters building systems; troubleshoot and repair MEP systems.
• Handle general repairs and finishes including drywall, painting, and carpentry.
• Inspect offices, conference rooms, common areas, and equipment for maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Maintain the on-site gym and support space configurations and TV installations as needed.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for scheduled maintenance and projects.
• Provide 24x7 emergency-response support including after-hours building issues and events.
