Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager (M1) in Plano, TX to lead daily facility operations for multiple sites within the West Region. You will manage financials, coordinate maintenance, and ensure service delivery aligns with client standards and JLL processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in facilities or related field and 5+ years of facilities management experience, with CMMS and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent facilities or property management experience.
• 5+ years of facilities management or operations experience.
• Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and services.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office and CMMS (Corrigo).
• Ability to plan and manage financials within budget and time constraints.
• Experience with managing multiple vendors and small capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site facility management and service delivery across multiple sites.
• Develop and manage operating facilities and capital budgets within the defined framework.
• Coordinate maintenance programs and preventive measures.
• Manage vendor contracts and monitor performance per SLAs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing facilities team.
• Prepare monthly reporting and asset management for sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience.
