Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager in Austin, TX to act as the single point of contact for facilities management, coordinating with the Regional Manager and Corporate Real Estate teams to deliver quality services. You will manage tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.

The role involves supporting project implementation, developing cost-saving programs, and overseeing budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years industry experience in either the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant.
• Strong organizational and management within matrixed organizations; oversight of both technical and administrative staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Share Point; proficient computer skills with CMMS/Work Order systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client project.
• Develop and implement programs and procedures to reduce costs and increase productivity with Facility Management Lead and client.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client.
• Oversee capital and expense budgets by interfacing with the client representative.
• Develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on operating budgets for each property.
• Assist with the annual management plan for buildings in the area.
