You will perform repairs, schedule work orders, log maintenance activities, and support safety procedures while collaborating with team members. This position requires flexibility, good communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required; some college preferred.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must communicate in English with guests and team members.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
• Flexible shifts and good time management are expected.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Identify maintenance and repair issues and initiate work orders.
• Report and follow up on maintenance deficiencies.
• Complete work orders and necessary repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and log mechanical data.
• Resolve guest problems promptly per hotel standards.
• Complete duty rounds and address problems.
• Use EMS system and Life Safety Systems properly (training provided).
• Be cross-trained across department.
• Follow policies set by management; communicate with operations.
