Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at assigned unit.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of buildings and equipment and repair malfunctions.
• Respond to emergencies and safety/security issues, including fire alarm systems; isolate hazards as needed.
• Lock and secure buildings and monitor security systems; ensure a safe facilities environment.
• Assist with inventory and supplies to ensure maintenance readiness.
