Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Wisconsin to support operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping and repairs on commercial buildings and industrial systems within assigned properties.

You will assist with repairs to packaging machinery, plumbing, HVAC, pumps, controls, and building finishes, while performing preventive maintenance and responding to emergencies. A high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial property maintenance role.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including packaging and handling machinery, plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop and grounds equipment, and HVAC.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair building finishes and perform painting where needed.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions and perform preventative maintenance.
