Job summary

Mutual Bancorp and its Subsidiaries is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Assistant to support the Facilities Manager in maintaining Bank-owned facilities, equipment, and systems. This role covers a wide range of upkeep tasks to keep environments safe, functional, and well-maintained.

You will perform routine repairs, inspections, and deliveries, coordinate with vendors, manage work orders, and assist with records retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in facilities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and furniture across Bank properties, including minor electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks.
• Conduct monthly inspections and report deficiencies; ensure outdoor cleanliness and safety.
• Sort mail and courier inter-office documents; deliver to departments as needed.
• Move records and manage documentation in the Record Retention system; coordinate with Facilities Manager.
• Coordinate with vendors on relocations and furniture moves; manage supply inventory.
