Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in facilities is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and use hand/power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel across Fidelity Bank’s footprint.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and furniture.
• Conduct monthly inspections and address deficiencies.
• Sort mail, courier documents, and manage inter-office deliveries.
• Move records and coordinate with Facilities Manager on retention.
• Liaise with vendors for relocations and equipment moves.
• Maintain inventory and organize storage for supplies.
• Assist with work orders using the Fidelity Bank HelpDesk.
• Travel up to 75% using personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
