Job summary

Procare Home Medical in Anchorage, AK is seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support upkeep of our facility, equipment, and surrounding areas. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to work orders, and help ensure a safe, clean, and well-running environment.

Ideal candidates have maintenance experience, can use hand and power tools, work independently or with a team, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or facilities experience required.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to maintenance needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and general repairs throughout the facility.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete assigned work orders.
• Inspect the facility and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Perform basic repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
• Assist with facility setup, moves, and other general maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
