Qualifications

• Experience managing HVAC, building automation and direct digital controls.
• Minimum 1 year experience with a computerized maintenance management system is desirable.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Directs, schedules, trains, and supervises the maintenance staff daily.
• Dispatches maintenance technicians daily.
• Coordinates routine and emergency repair and maintenance of properties.
• Manages expenses, safety programs, and compliance with regulations.
• Oversees contract services for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance.
