Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure production facilities run smoothly. The role covers plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC coordination, and safety compliance within a multi-site operation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, a proven supervisory background, and the ability to read machine prints while guiding technicians and coordinating with engineers. Relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial building maintenance preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory position preferred.
• Ability to read machine prints and assign duties to technicians.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong communication with teammates and leaders.
• Oversee team and coordinate with project engineers.
• Experience with piping systems, industrial electrical and control circuits.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Experience with maintenance in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building inspections, procure bids, manage operations, leases and projects.
• Delegate tasks and assemble work lists for technicians.
• Schedule regular inspection of HVAC, lighting, roofs and premises.
• Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, safety and security.
• Direct technicians in repairing mechanical equipment.
• Maintain maintenance performance logs and inventories.
• Coordinate with HVAC, electrical and plumbing contractors.
• Move equipment and supplies between properties as required.
• Monitor energy usage and building automation systems.
