Job summary

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and coordinate with vendors to ensure reliability and safety.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong analytical skills, and CMMS/BAS familiarity. On-site duties in St.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze operation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC systems and take corrective action.
• Working knowledge of CMMS (Corrigo).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Physical ability to access equipment components for extended periods.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions including heat, sun, rain, cold and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Record readings and adjust systems to prevent issues before escalation.
• Monitor quality and cost of outside contractor work to meet standards.
• Manage facility services, purchasing, inventory, and maintenance coordination.
• Check tool and instrument inventory to ensure readiness.
• Troubleshoot and repair lighting systems and plumbing fixtures.
• Ensure safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
