Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a custodial technician for on-site work at Naval Base Point Loma Custodial Services in San Diego. The role covers daily cleaning, restroom sanitation, floor care, window washing, and general facility upkeep to ensure mission readiness.

Position requires at least 6 months janitorial experience, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months janitorial experience.
• General knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or legal resident.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
• Must be able to pass background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restroom facilities and fixtures.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, strip and polish floors and equipment.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms and facilities.
• Identify and report maintenance needs in assigned buildings.
• Perform specialized projects such as restoration programs on floors, walls, ceilings, furniture, and other items.
• Adhere to contract requirements and CCS policies.
