Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Construction Safety Engineer for the F21 FAB project in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs to ensure OSHA and local compliance and to foster a culture of safety across project teams and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in construction health and safety, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with field teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Construction Health and Safety experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and state safety regulations.
• Strong understanding of construction safety practices and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs for construction projects.
• Conduct safety assessments and incident investigations.
• Review safety documentation and collaborate with project teams and subcontractors.
• Perform site safety audits and trainings; promote a culture of safety.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions after incidents.
