TSMC Arizona is seeking a Quality Assurance and Control Engineer to join our F21 FAB project in Phoenix. You will lead quality operations, develop policies, and ensure strict compliance with industry standards while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of large project and construction management experience.
• Deep knowledge of Construction Standards and Best Practices.
• Proficiency with Procore, Viewpoint, SharePoint, MS Office, Smartsheet, ACC, Bluebeam and BIM 360 Field.
• Knowledge of ASME B31.3, NFPA 70, NFPA 54 and IBC Chapter 17.
• Ability to interpret and enforce contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and codes.

Aufgaben

• Monitor welding procedures for compliance with ASTM, ASME, or AWS.
• Visually inspect welds and verify adherence to procedures.
• Manage three-level inspection process and document results.
• Ensure work aligns with submittals and contract documents.
• Participate in contractor quality weekly meetings and QC reports.
• Prepare quality management plans for specialized projects.
• Lead pre-installation conferences and oversee QC activities.
