Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in professional services (law, finance, insurance, healthcare admin, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to improve workflows, streamline systems, and lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute executive-level projects.
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and outside parties on behalf of the Managing Partner.
• Track status, deadlines, and deliverables and provide updates to leadership.
• Use project management tools to organize tasks, timelines, and communications.
