Job summary

Trail Drive Management Corp. (TDMC) seeks an Operations Coordinator to support Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, Texas. The role oversees shift operations, event setup/teardown, housekeeping, and project coordination on-site.

This position requires supervising staff, coordinating with tenants and contractors, and ensuring readiness of spaces for events. Strong communication and ability to read plans are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or Maintenance Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in a management/supervisory role at public assembly facilities
• Texas driver’s license
• Knowledge of event setup/conversions and cleaning of facility equipment; and use of hand/power tools
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings; CAD familiarity a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule operations staff
• Plan and direct work for operations staff
• Ensure cleanliness of front of house and back-of-house spaces
• Prepare and monitor event spaces and setups
• Direct event set-ups and teardowns
• Manage inventory of FF&E and janitorial supplies
• Oversee equipment maintenance and storage areas
• Collaborate with tenants, contractors, and facility users
• Attend weekly meetings representing Will Rogers; coordinate manpower and resources
• Assist in performance reviews for staff; support other departments as needed
