Job summary

Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Will Rogers Memorial Center. This on-site role oversees staff, ensures cleanliness, and coordinates setup and teardown for events, including equipment, stalls, and staging.

The candidate will supervise a team, enforce safety standards, and work with multiple departments to maintain peak facility operations during events and between bookings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in public assembly facilities.
• Texas driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of event setup, safety procedures, and equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and direct operations staff.
• Ensure routine cleanliness for all spaces (FOH/BOH).
• Set up and break down events including equipment and stalls.
• Perform housekeeping and safety inspections.
• Act as working shift supervisor for all staff.
• Coordinate event spaces and room set-ups for events.
• Maintain equipment and stock janitorial supplies.
• Enforce policies and collaborate with other departments.
