Job summary

Trail Drive Management Corp. (TDMC) seeks an Operations Supervisor to support the Will Rogers Memorial Center (WRMC) operations in Fort Worth, Texas. The role involves preparing facilities for events, overseeing housekeeping, setup, breakdown, and daily appearance, plus managing special projects.

The position is 100% on-site, with duties spanning coordination with multiple departments and ensuring safety and adherence to standards during events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or Maintenance Engineering and/or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a management and/or supervisory position of public assembly facilities
• Texas motor vehicle license
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction submittals
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and direct operations staff.
• Maintain front of house and back of house spaces to required standards.
• Set up and break down events including furniture, stalls, and equipment.
• Perform housekeeping duties and manage cleaning equipment.
• Inspect tasks to ensure specifications are met and safety standards.
• Act as working shift supervisor for staff across employment types.
