Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Supervisor Operations to lead the operations team at show sites and in the Anaheim branch. This in-person, full-time role requires strong supervision, safety leadership, and cost-conscious management to ensure seamless events.

You will coordinate with Account Executives and the Service Desk, oversee labor scheduling, and uphold safety standards across all activities. A proactive safety culture is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Two years of show site freight, decorating and/or I&D experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Working knowledge of workplace safety practices and applicable OSHA requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to apply and uphold safety policies, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to a proactive safety culture that reduces incidents and improves safety outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise team members and address complaints and performance issues.
• Plan, organize, and direct Operations activities to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Schedule labor and manage move-in/move-out to minimize overtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain time and production reports.
• Communicate with Account Executive and Service Desk to coordinate operations.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Two years of supervisory experience

Two years of show site freight, decorating and/or I&D experience

Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Working knowledge of workplace safety practices and applicable OSHA requirements

Ability to uphold safety policies and contribute to a proactive safety culture
