Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Supervisor Operations in Anaheim, CA to lead and support the operations team at show site and in the Branch Office. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Anaheim with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and cost control.

You will supervise team members, plan production activities, schedule equipment, and ensure OSHA compliance while maintaining accurate reports. Travel 25%–50% is required; forklift certification and OSHA 30 are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Two years of show site freight, decorating and/or I&D experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Working knowledge of workplace safety practices and OSHA requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to apply and uphold safety policies and improve safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise team members and handle hiring/firing decisions.
• Plan, organize, and direct Operations Department activities to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Schedule labor, equipment, and area foreman; coordinate with accounts executives.
• Maintain time and production reports and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare labor requirements and ensure adequate coverage for moves.
• Investigate accidents and maintain safety standards.
