Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Lead Operations to supervise production activities and optimize demand planning, inventory transfers, and transportation for event rentals. This in-person, full-time role is based at the Kearny, NJ site and supports our Event & Exhibit Services team.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Branch Operations, and Procurement to maximize asset utilization, reduce costs, and deliver high service levels to customers, teams, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in trade show operations, warehouse operations, demand planning, or a related field.
• Experience using inventory management systems for demand planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, email, and relevant systems such as TSS and Concierge Elite.
• Ability to complete online reports, run system inquiries, enter data, and print and post documentation.

Responsibilities

• Forecast rental equipment demand and manage inventory movements.
• Coordinate with Client Solutions Manager and operations staff.
• Ensure loading/unloading and delivery of equipment to sites.
• Produce show reports and statistics as requested.
