FIRST, a leading global brand experience agency, seeks an Event Service Specialist for an on-site role in New York. You will be the primary day-of-event contact, coordinating with hosts, managers, and service partners to ensure flawless execution across catering, AV, security, transport, and room setup.

You will travel across campus, manage multiple events, and provide post-event reporting. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred), 1 year of experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience required.
• Must be fluent in English.
• On-site position requiring flexibility to support across campus.
• Knowledge of event management standards and operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem solver, resourceful, team player.
• Adaptability to changing demands and tight deadlines.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary event-day contact for hosts and partners with event managers and service partners to ensure flawless execution.
• Move between different floors/buildings, coordinating event spaces and logistics.
• Coordinate and execute event logistics and room setups.
• Confirm all event needs and address concerns prior to events.
• Support onsite events, potentially handling multiple events in a day.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to partners as needed.
• Communicate changes to event team and service lines (guest counts, schedules, catering).
• Assist managers in planning large-scale events and smaller events as needed.
• Maintain planning tools, documents, and systems up-to-date; compile on-site reports.
