Qualifications

• High school education or GED and three to five years of similar or related experience.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Service-oriented; a team player.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of mortgage loan products and procedures.
• Believes in own capabilities and knowledge to affect positive outcomes.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Payout insurance bills, PMI, and property taxes for mortgage loans with escrow.
• Review escrow analyses for accuracy prior to mailing to members and respond to member questions.
• Maintain and update all escrow information in the core system including transfers and analyses.
• Research property tax delinquencies for non-escrowed loans as needed.
• Act as a neutral liaison between file parties and monitor risk to the company.
• Foster collaboration and positive working relationships across departments.
