Job summary

WolfCreek Group is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team on-site in the Greater Houston Area. You will support data extraction, reporting, and ERP integrations focusing on Acumatica (Rental 360) and other ERP environments.

You will work with the VP of Finance and sales leadership to translate requirements into technical solutions, build dashboards, and enable mobile field processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS or equivalent experience.
• 1-4 years in business analysis, report writing or software development.
• Strong SQL knowledge with joins and data extraction.
• Experience with SSRS/SSIS and Power BI or ERP reporting tools.
• Familiarity with REST/Open APIs and ERP integrations.
• ERP exposure (Acumatica, Sage Intacct or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write custom SQL queries and extraction scripts from ERP databases.
• Build reports with SSRS, Crystal Reports or ERP native tools.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for executives.
• Support ERP integrations via Open API with third-party add-ons.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis in Excel and model metrics.
• Collaborate with VP of Finance and sales to translate needs.
• Assist in mobile/form integrations for field workers.
