Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial principles and budget forecasting.
• Proficient with rental software and purchasing systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for project teams and on-site rental vendors.
• Visit project sites to manage on-site equipment requirements and transitions.
• Provide timely communication with stakeholders and vendors.
• Monitor equipment utilization and vendor billing.
• Provide preconstruction information, including equipment lists for bidding.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
• Travel as required to project sites.
