Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking an Epicor Kinetic Systems Analyst to join a global manufacturing and distribution client. The role spans Epicor Kinetic 2024 Private Cloud, supporting MRP, EDI, warehouse ops, API integrations, and BPMs across multiple sites and companies.

You will deliver functional support, manage ERP tickets, advise on best practices, and create BAQs and dashboards to empower reporting and decision-making professionals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Epicor Kinetic ERP experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience with MRP, Epicor Kinetic Warehouse/Mobile, Q2C, GL setup, APStudio, BAQs, Dashboards and BPMs.
• Experience supporting multi-site and multi-company Epicor environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Epicor Kinetic users across manufacturing and distribution.
• Manage ERP tickets, diagnose issues, and coordinate solutions.
• Consult with business units on best practices and process improvements.
• Build, maintain, and optimize BAQs and dashboards for reporting needs.
• Support ERP-related projects, enhancements, integrations, and BPM/EPICOR workflows.
• Ensure alignment with IT standards and assist with end-user training and documentation.
