Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Michigan seeks an entry-level EOL Data Analyst & NVH Solution Set Developer to support monitoring and analysis of production end-of-line data systems. You will use Minitab and Excel to analyze datasets and develop corrective action solutions for NVH challenges.

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality and plant operations to ensure data accuracy, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Entry-level to early-career role focused on structured data analysis and the use of Minitab and Excel.
• Role centers on monitoring, analysis, and improvement of production EOL data systems.
• Focus on NVH challenges and corrective action development with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven interim and permanent corrective action sets for NVH challenges based on EOL trends and cross-functional feedback.
• Monitor daily end-of-line test results, production data, and reports to identify trends and quality concerns.
• Translate EOL and NVH analysis into containment actions, test adjustments, and process recommendations.
• Analyze EOL test stand data using Excel and Minitab, emphasizing trend analysis and control charts.
• Perform basic to intermediate statistical analysis including distribution reviews and regression.
• Support dashboards, Excel trackers, Minitab studies, and data visualization for plant stakeholders.
• Assist with EOL limit setting and validation by reviewing population statistics and control chart behavior.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to validate measurement outputs and interpretations.
• Provide timely analysis during launches, ramp-ups, quality spills, and audit findings.
• Document analysis methods, reporting processes, and lessons learned for repeatable EOL review.
