Job summary

Pace is seeking a Scientist to join our environmental testing laboratory in East Longmeadow, MA. This full-time, on-site role involves hands-on analysis using instruments such as GC, HPLC and ICP and requires documenting procedures and results carefully.

You will review results, calibrate equipment, and maintain laboratory records while working a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime. A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry is required or an equivalent combination of education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related STEM field.
• Willingness to train; training provided.
• Ability to work in a laboratory for extended periods and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate instruments such as GC, HPLC, ICP and more.
• Analyze air, water, and soil samples for contaminants.
• Review and interpret results; maintain lab records.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments.
