Job summary

CADOpt Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Manager to join the growing team. You will drive the complete customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sales support and customer success, delivering technical solutions and workshops across engineering simulations.

You will lead product demonstrations, support proposals, and guide the technical consulting process, while mentoring teams and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product engineering to optimize workflows

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, automotive, aerospace or related engineering field.
5+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, CAD/CAE or engineering simulation.
Experience supporting automotive, aerospace, defence, manufacturing or heavy engineering customers.

Responsibilities

Drive the complete customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sales support and customer success.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and POC.
Support sales teams with solution positioning, proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and technical consulting.
Lead software implementation, onboarding, customer training, and technical enablement.
Provide application support, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
Build long-term customer relationships and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Mentor technical teams and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product engineering.
