OPEN MIND Technologies is seeking a technically adept Pre-Sales and Customer Success specialist to elevate experiences for our CAD/CAM customers in the US West. You will deploy software, provide post‑sales training, and deliver outstanding technical and sales support.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing/CNC, strong CAD/CAM knowledge, GD&T, and experience with Salesforce and MS Office. Join a multinational team with travel flexibility and a dynamic learning culture.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in Manufacturing (machine tool operator, precision mechanic, toolmaker, mechanical engineer) and/or CNC programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, CAD/CAM software and GD&T.
• Experience with milling and turning machines (multi-axis preferred).

• Provide outstanding technical and sales support to customers, dealers, and partners.
• Demonstrate technical mastery in pre-sales and deploy software with customer training.
