Job summary

CADOpt Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Manager to join the growing team. You will drive the complete customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sales support and customer success, delivering technical solutions and workshops across engineering simulations.

You will lead product demonstrations, support proposals, and guide the technical consulting process, while mentoring teams and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product engineering to optimize workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, automotive, aerospace or related engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, CAD/CAE or engineering simulation.
• Experience supporting automotive, aerospace, defence, manufacturing or heavy engineering customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive the complete customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sales support and customer success.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and POC.
• Support sales teams with solution positioning, proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and technical consulting.
• Lead software implementation, onboarding, customer training, and technical enablement.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Mentor technical teams and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the complete customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sales support and customer success.


• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (POC).


• Support sales teams with solution positioning, proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and technical consulting.


• Lead software implementation, onboarding, customer training, and technical enablement.


• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.


• Build long-term customer relationships and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.


• Mentor technical teams and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product engineering.

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with the Cadence MSC Software Portfolio (MSC Nastran, MSC Adams, MSC Apex, Cradle CFD, MSC Marc, Actran, Digimat, SimManager, etc.).


• Strong knowledge of FEA, CFD, MBD, NVH, Durability, Material Modelling, Design Optimization, and Engineering Simulation.


• Experience with Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and engineering CAD environments.


• Knowledge of Power BI, Engineering Data Analytics, Data Visualization, and KeyShot is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline


• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, CAD/CAE, Engineering Simulation, Customer Success, or Technical Support


• Experience supporting Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, or Industrial Equipment customer.
