Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a field-oriented project coordinator on a full-time basis for a site-based role in Wenden, AZ. The position emphasizes executing the project quality plan and coordinating field activities with diverse teams.

Responsibilities include document control, RFIs, and ensuring accurate as-built records, while maintaining safety and process improvements across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the project quality plan.
• Review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members.
• Perform document control functions during the execution of the project to include submittals and RFIs.
• Interpret project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft persons.
• Coordinate delivery logistics with vendors including tracking onsite material.
• Collect, maintain, and timely submit project closeout documentation.
• Responsible for ensuring all drawing redlines are captured accurately and developed into record drawings for submittal to owner.
• Engage peers and managers with lessons learned and ideas for continuous improvement.
• Enforce and promote safety by implementing SOLV standards and OSHA policies.
