Job summary

SOLV Energy, a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, seeks a project coordinator on a full-time basis for a Los Banos, CA job site. Responsibilities include reviewing field coordination issues, managing submittals and RFIs, and ensuring record drawings are produced from redlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to work, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independently.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching methods, techniques, and practices.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project quality plan implementation.
• Review and resolve field coordination issues with the project team.
• Perform document control for submittals and RFIs.
• Interpret plans for subcontractors and craft workers.
• Coordinate delivery logistics with vendors and track onsite materials.
• Collect and submit project closeout documentation.
• Ensure drawing redlines become record drawings for submittals.
• Engage peers and management with lessons learned for improvement.
• Monitor quantities against estimates and report deviations.
