The Account Coordinator role oversees field duties and guides Service Technicians to meet customer needs. Position requires field travel (Dickinson/North Dakota area), strong communication, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of oil and gas production chemicals experience.
• Demonstrated success in customer service and mentoring junior team members.
• Experience with oil and gas surface and downhole equipment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong account leadership through a consultative sales approach with accounts.
• Travel to field locations to monitor jobs and visit workover rigs.
• Submit orders for chemical deliveries and field calls from customers.
• Routinely sample wells according to monitoring program specifications.
• Ensure all paperwork/reports are properly completed before submission.
