Job Title: Account Coordinator
Location: Dickinson/Killdeer ND area
Remote Status: On-site

Job Summary Oversees field duties and schedules Service Technicians according to needs specified by manager and customer. Provides leadership and guidance to service technicians.
Expectations Expected to design, develop, and implement project plans. Self-motivated, organized, and effective communicator. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Requires no supervision. Delegates work assignments.
Essential Duties – 40% in office, 60% in field (may vary by account)
Supervisory Duties* – No direct reports, but delegates work assignments to Service Technicians. Contributes to developing the company culture and retaining high performers. Not responsible for appraising performance.
Equipment Issued – Laptop, company vehicle
Qualifications
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of oil and gas production chemicals experience. Demonstrated success in customer service and mentoring junior team members. Experience with oil and gas surface and downhole equipment required. Requires basic understanding of production chemical technical challenges.
Certifications/Licenses: None
Driving Requirements: Valid driver’s license required.
Physical Requirements – Lift, push, pull and carry up to 55 pounds chest high. Must be able to reach, push, pull, and grasp with arms and hands. Will require standing, crouching and/or kneeling, sitting, walking, driving and transitioning in/out of vehicles. Must be able to talk, hear, and see.
Required to have the visual acuity to safely and legally operate motor vehicles.
Work Environment – Some exposure to environmental conditions such as extreme winter weather, precipitation, and wind. May also be exposed to a variety of chemicals and H2S – PPE is required. Noise level is typically moderate, occasionally loud.
Financial Skills – Understand the financial implications of business decisions and monitor market competition.
Cognitive Skills – Demonstrate field awareness and problem-solving skills to support wellsite operations, recognize issues as they arise, and assist in resolving them promptly. Exercise good judgment when coordinating day-to-day service activities and escalating customer or field issues to the Account Manager or Field Engineer as needed. Communicate clearly with customers, field personnel, and leadership to support safe, efficient operations.
Language Skills – Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. English language fluency in reading, writing. speaking, and comprehending. Bi-lingual beneficial.
Communication Skills – Effective verbal and written communication skills as well as providing excellent customer service, both internally and externally. Ability to effectively train new hires.
Work Ethic – Be trustworthy, dependable, respectful, and truthful with a commitment to safety and excellent customer service. Follow company policies and procedures and take responsibility for your own actions.
