The role requires strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with substantial field time and occasional travel to sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of oil and gas production chemicals experience.
• Experience with oil and gas surface and downhole equipment required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field duties and schedule Service Technicians according to manager and customer needs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Service Technicians.
• Design, develop, and implement project plans.
• Travel to field locations to monitor jobs.
• Submit orders for chemical deliveries.
• Field customer calls and hold meetings.
• Assist technical team with RFPs.
• Routinely sample wells according to monitoring program specifications.
• Consult with customers on data from reporting dashboards.
• Serve as back-up for Field Service Technician duties when needed.
