Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar is Required.
• Experience in heavy construction or power generation is preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Excel and project scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Site Operations Organization: procure tracking, personnel, inventory, and distribution.
• Project Management: manage reporting, schedules, RFIs, and submittals using Procore/Excel/Project.
• Problem Solving: log obstacles and present solutions to site leadership.
• Schedule Management: assist in creating and enforcing project schedules.
• Prefabrication: support critical prep work with QA and project team.
• Risk Management: identify risks and communicate mitigation plans.
• Data Analysis: analyze data for cost savings and process improvements.
• Compliance: ensure activities comply with policies, laws and permits.
