Job summary

Wyoming Machinery Company Energy Solutions is seeking a Project Application Engineer to support engineering projects and selling objectives. You will coordinate with the Energy Solutions Engineering Manager and cross-functional teams on design, calculations, and submittals for power systems, PV, and storage projects.

The role requires a bachelor's in engineering, strong power systems knowledge, and proficiency with Office and AutoDesk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Strong understanding of engines, generators, PV and energy storage systems.
• Proficient with CAD/drafting software and Office suite.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively.
• Experience with project management and scheduling is preferred.
• PE license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Energy Solutions equipment installation and application.
• Coordinate with internal and client teams through project life cycle.
• Assist in development of project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare and review drawings, submittals, calculations and specs.
• Lead or assist in project meetings and communications with stakeholders.
