Job summary

The Energy Solutions Construction Project Engineer will serve as an on-site professional reporting to the Construction Manager. The role focuses on on-site execution, data logging, scheduling, and problem solving across Casper projects.

This position requires strong procurement/engineering knowledge, hands-on use of Procore, MS Project, and Excel, and the ability to coordinate with vendors, clients, and home office teams while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a background in engineering/design, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Experience with project reporting, data logging, and scheduling is required.
• Knowledge of construction processes and heavy industry.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site project execution, data logging, and reporting to the Construction Manager.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and RFI/submittal logs, using Procore and MS Project.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and home office teams to ensure schedule adherence.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Travel to project sites as required.
