Job summary

Energy Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join our on-site team in Casper, WY. This role reports to the Construction Manager and supports data logging, scheduling, and site problem solving across multiple projects with input from the home office.

The CPE collaborates with vendors, subcontractors, and owners, leveraging Procore, Excel, and Project to maintain schedules and documentation. A proactive, team-first mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
• Experience with project documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Procore, Excel and Project management tools.
• Understanding of construction processes and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate organizational practices on a construction site (procurement, personnel, inventory).
• Manage project reporting via schedule interfacing, RFIs, submittals, histograms, and progress tracking.
• Communicate obstacles and propose solutions to site and project managers.
• Assist in creating and enforcing project schedules with the team.
• Contribute to prefabrication activities with QA and project team.
• Identify risks and communicate impact on construction and schedules.
• Analyze data for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and permits.
