Job summary

Compass Career Solutions in Washington State is seeking an Employment Services Specialist to conduct client assessments, determine eligibility for employment services, and document progress. This in-person role requires strong reading, writing, and communication skills to coordinate with internal and external teams.

You will support clients toward independent employment, build community partnerships, attend meetings, travel within the area, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED; preference for a Bachelor's in social services.
• Excellent reading, writing, and communication skills to document care and follow support plans.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and interviews to determine eligibility for employment services.
• Document data and notes on progress toward goals and barriers to employment.
• Build and maintain community partnerships with service providers and employers.
• Represent Compass at meetings and community events; travel within the area to assist clients.
