• Excellent customer assistance and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff-assisted customer services, including group and individual interviews and registrations.
• Assess employment barriers and client needs to develop service plans.
• Explain agency services, programs, and referrals in person, virtually, and by phone.
• Meet one-on-one with job seekers to discuss resumes, interviewing skills, and labor market info.
• Answer calls, route to teams, and respond promptly to emails and inquiries.
• Support use of resource centers, resumes, applications, and interview skills training.
• Provide information on unemployment benefits and direct related concerns to supervisors.
• Monitor program performance and create reports as required by leadership.
• Collaborate with partners on enrollments, guidelines, and eligibility.
