Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1 year of related crisis/employment services experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle access required.
• Self-starter with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Tech savvy with Microsoft Office and Zoom; PC/Android devices.
• CPR/First Aid ability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of DDA and DVR.
• Conduct assessments and interviews to determine eligibility.
• Identify client goals, matches, and case management needs.
• Document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with teams.
• Assist clients to advance career growth and employment.
• Help clients obtain wages at or above minimum wage.
• Provide ongoing skills development for independent employment.
• Document progress toward goals in records and plans.
• Build community partnerships with providers and employers.
• Represent Compass at meetings and events.
• Attend internal and external meetings; travel as needed.
• Provide transportation to clients when required.
• Utilize assigned technology (laptop, phone, software).
