Responsibilities include conducting annual check-ups, patient education, diagnosing illnesses, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and coordinating care with a team of providers and support staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a physician.
• Strong examination, methodologies, and diagnostics.
• Broad knowledge of medications, side effects, and contraindications.
• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and best practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Respect patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual check-ups and assess overall health.
• Educate patients on diseases, treatments, and lifestyle changes.
• Evaluate and treat illnesses or injuries presented by patients.
• Order labs, imaging, or procedures to aid diagnosis.
• Prescribe medications and educate on usage and side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to form a high-functioning team.
• Provide referrals when higher care is needed.
• Maintain EMRs with patient histories and medications.
