Indiana PAs in Indianapolis is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its onsite health clinic in West Lafayette, Indiana. The role features day shifts, with four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, and no hospital call.

You will deliver primary and occupational health services, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support employee wellness through screenings, preventive care, and education.

Formación

• Board-Certified NP or PA with active Indiana license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Family/Primary/Urgent/Occupational Health.
• BLS certification required; DEA license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and workplace injuries.
• Manage chronic conditions using evidence-based protocols.
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, and wellness coaching.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Document patient care accurately within the EMR.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health
• Previous experience with weight management is a PLUS
• BLS certification required
• DEA license preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
