PMC Medical Staffing in Indianapolis is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an onsite health clinic in West Lafayette, Indiana. The role offers day shift coverage with four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with no hospital call.

You will provide comprehensive primary and occupational health services, collaborate with physicians, manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions, order tests, and document in EMR.

Formación

• Board-Certified NP or PA with Indiana licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Family/Primary/Urgent/OH.
• BLS certification required; DEA license preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage chronic conditions using evidence-based protocols
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, and wellness coaching
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Active Indiana license or willingness to obtain Indiana licensure
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health
• Previous experience with weight management is a PLUS
• BLS certification required
• DEA license preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
