Job summary

Akima Global Technology is seeking an Electronics Technician to support Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role involves providing Level II Service Desk support, imaging desktops, and recapitalizing up to 350 units per month while coordinating with ECO, NPC, and NASIC teams.

Responsibilities include sanitizing and preparing IT equipment for pickup, deploying printers and peripherals, and maintaining inventory and warranties.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Must have or be able to obtain Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level II Service Desk support.
• Image desktop computers and deploy up to 350 recapitalizations per month including imaging and disposal of old equipment.
• Prepare IT equipment for pickup and coordinate with NASIC stakeholders for transfer and inventory.
• Install, maintain, and repair printers, scanners, and workstations; support up to 375 IT assets monthly.
• Track requests using NASIC ticketing system and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
