Job summary

Akima Global Technology invites applications for an Electronics Technician based at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role provides DLADS and Factory support during core business hours, including Level II service desk assistance and imaging of desktop systems.

You will install, configure, and recapitalize IT assets up to 350 desktops monthly, coordinate with NASIC offices, and ensure proper handling and disposition of equipment in compliance with NASIC policies.

Qualifications

• Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Sec+ Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides DLADS and Factory support during core business hours.
• Provides Level II Service Desk support.
• Imaging and recapitalization of desktop computers (up to 350 per month).
• Coordinate equipment pickup with Hardware Technician, ECO, NPC, NASIC Logistics.
• Sanitize and prepare IT equipment for pickup; manage 375 pieces monthly.
• Provide Level II CFP support for printers; replace/install up to 50 printers per year.
• Maintain inventory and warranty items; update NASIC ticket system.
• Ensure equipment functionality and user communication after upgrades or replacements.
