Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is seeking an Electrical Superintendent - Construction to lead on-site field operations for large electrical projects.

You will manage IBEW personnel, drive labor productivity, and ensure health and safety compliance while aligning with contract requirements and project plans. You will coordinate with trade partners, supervisors, and stakeholders to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality, delivering successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field leadership in a large-scale electrical contractor.
• Experience managing large teams in union and non-union settings.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• NFPA 70E - Workplace Safety required.
• State certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site field workforce and ensure safety, productivity, and cost control.
• Direct and coordinate labor resources to meet project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with local union agreements and CEI standards.
• Maintain project coordination and communication with stakeholders.
• Enforce CEI safety protocols and quality standards.
